 * this is most likely configuration issue. Hahe you contacted your hosting provider
   about this issue?

 * My hosting provider and I have a very long, unpredictable relationship 🙂
    I 
   had issues installing WP on a newly migrated box; my provider intervened and 
   installed WP for me. So I am not 100% sure what they may or may not have changed.
 * I’ll read that link, and thank you for that information.
