 * I’ve just done a fresh install of version 4.8.1 to a subdirectory on my 1and1
   server.
 * If I go to ‘themes’ and then click on ‘add new theme’ then I get the following
   error…
 * Undefined index: a:1:{s:3:”ssl”;b:0;} in E:\kunden\homepages\14\d650565413\www\
   wordpress\wordpress\wp-includes\class-requests.php on line 213
