Gift Cards extension CC processing with Square

Hi, I have a WooCommerce store. Currently all inventory and credit card processing is done with Square using your Square for Woocommerce extension. I want to have all gift cards created and handled within WooCommerce. If I use the WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin will I be able to sell gift cards in my current WooCommerce store? Will the credit card processing for the gift cards still be able to go through square for the payment? I still want the WooCommerce Gift Cards plugin to handle the code generation etc. I only want the payment for the gift card to be handled by square the same way all of my other product sales work, but the gift card creation go through WooCommerce. Thanks!
