# Gift function not working

 * Hi Maeve,
 * Great idea for this little extension! I’ve installed and it’s not working for
   me though. I tested out the gift functionality (including making payment) but
   just doing the usual EDD functionality… it’s not sending the email to the gift
   recipient at all, or a confirmation to the gift purchaser to say a gift has been
   bought (not sure if that’s meant to happen?). It also still sends all the links
   to the purchaser ready to download.
 * Is there a dashboard menu item for making changes to your plugin? That’d be really
   helpful. I can’t write code, but I can sort of understand what’s happening when
   I look through it. I can go through and find the wording in the editor code, 
   but for absolute novices they’d probably struggle to even get that far, so maybe
   that’d be something great to develop in future editions of this plugin.

 * PS There are currently no settings/customisation options for the plugin but I
   agree it would be good to add this. Just wanted to get it out there quickly and
   can always extend it if people asked.
