Hmmm, we’re running our website on Siteground as well with Give installed without any issues. What other plugins do you have active? Also, have you reached out to their support? They be able to identify something on their end.

Hi. Other plugins active:

baw-login-logout-menu
bbpress
contact-form-7
duplicate-post
duplicator
mailster
mainwp-child
memberpress
memberpress-importer
memberpress-mailster

mfn-migrate-cb
sg-cachepress
wordfence
wordpress-database-reset
wp-migrate-db-pro
wp-migrate-db-pro-media-files
I will contact SG support now.
Thanks. I don’t see much there. Is this a live site? Perhaps on Siteground’s staging you can isolate the issue with WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG set to true.

We found downgrading from PHP 7 to PHP 5.6 resolved the issue.

WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG are on, but debug.log is not being produced yet.
That’s strange @srd75 – we also run on Siteground PHP version 7 and Give runs well on it. We develop it using PHP7. You should want to run version 7 for the efficiency and speed of it. Have you tried deactivating other plugins and activating Give? It’s good it works in the previous version, but I’m curious as to how this is occurring.
