    Hi,
Trying to reach your website givewp.com to read in the docs and watch some demos, but since yesterday I’m getting the following:

Sucuri CloudProxy – Backend Server timeout
    Error details
    Error Code: HTTP 504
Error Message: Backend or gateway connection timeout.
    Server ID: cp15012

    Any help?
    Aloha from Germany

It sounds like our Sucuri firewall is blocking you for some reason… We can whitelist your IP if you want to provide it here. This is the first report we’ve seen of this… if you still cannot access the site please Google “whats my ip” and paste the result here and I’ll add it to the list.

    thank you Devin,

Meanwhile I helped myself going through a VPN to read your manual. But it feels much better to do without. Never ran into a problem like this. Mmh .…
Anyway just installed Give to set it up to my website. I’m shure it will look great 😉

You may write me when I can try again.

Hey I just added it to the whitelist. It may take a bit to update but check it out and let me know if you can access it.

    drives me nuts
… waited 1 hour … restarted my Macbook … »What is your IP« shows me new IP for my computer + web. Checked Blacklists for the IP – looks good. Cleared Caches in browser … trying to reach givewp.com … same old message from Sucuri!

Unfortunately some links from within your WP-plugin that go to your website don’t work because of that – like add-ons or documentation.

So I have to use VPN connection again. Any suggestions?

Let me open up an issue with Sucuri and see what the issue is… thanks for your patience.

Ok so I got in a ticket in with Sucuri and our host and they said it should be resolved. Can you give it a test now?
