• Dear Team,

Please advise, I want to use your recommended plugin in order to fix error on page speed “Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content”.
Unfortunately after I activate Autoptimize plugin my website working very slowly on the web but on page speed test, better result. I think it’s contact to my hosting because i have GoDaddy cache and i can’t use other cache plugin. Maybe you can advise me how I can fix it. Your plugin must to work with cache? https://dbrownstudio.com/
    Best Regards,
    Daniel

Godaddy cache is (as far as I know) a page caching solution, which Autoptimize is not, so that’s not likely to be the problem.

Now as far as the impact of AO on speed goes; you seem to have disabled AO again, so I can’t really investigate, but in general that depends on your autoptimize settings and on what css/ js your plugins (and your theme) add @dbrownstudio. this blogpost details some of those things and you might also be interested in testing the upcoming AO 2.2.

    Hope this helps,
    frank
