# Good plugin support

 * We don’t use the plugin, but a bunch of our clients do, so this is more a comment
   on Weblizar’s support than the plugin’s functionality.
 * We encountered a bug in the plugin which was generating Warnings on PHP 7.2. 
   Checking out these message boards, we saw someone with the same problem, and 
   that Weblizar had privately released a test version of the plugin with the fix,
   and was asking folk to test it.
 * We did, it worked perfectly, and we reported back. The new version was just released,
   and so I wanted to share our positive experience.
 * It’s tough testing plugins in all environments. So having a plugin author be 
   responsive to bug reports is needed.
