# Good Plugin/Bad Support

 * I’ve found the plugin very useful since I installed it. It is a great feature
   to auto generate the PDF preview thumbnail provided your server has the required
   modules installed. I would recommend the plugin.
 * The one thing I can’t give my recommendation on and thus reduce my rating of 
   the plugin is the support from the author. I purchased the Pro Version of the
   plugin and came across a couple questions that I was hoping to get resolved before
   I turned over a project to a client.
 * After entering the two separate tickets, I patiently awaited a response. A response
   for which I am still waiting on almost a month later! This is unacceptable to
   not even get a short response acknowledging that you have even read the question.
 * If you are going to charge for an item still and offer support, you should follow
   through.
 * Just thought everyone should be aware.
