I am using Google for WooCommerce to promote my products.

I keep an eye on views and total ads price regularly, and it is showing £11.81 from 1st May from 608 clicks and 0 conversions, which I can be ok with as that seems reasaonable.

But I received a charge for £200 on the 14th. This is 14 days of ads with maximum spend of £14 a day, although that is the maximum.

When viewing stats via my google ads plugin dashboard I’m seeing that I’m obviously not using to its maximum everyday as I check my views daily and where my views and conversions come from.

So I’m confused as to what the sync issue is with this plug-in that is allowing Google Ads to believe that this cost is so much, especially when plug-in is showing correct value of £11.81. As I’m only using the paid ads button where I put a maximum daily limit, and where my products should be showcased.

Could you please help me understand where the issue lies please.

    Hello Sjcartier Ltd,

Thank you for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand you’re seeing a discrepancy between the ad spend shown in the Google Ads plugin dashboard (£11.81) and the actual charge from Google (£200), which is understandably confusing.

Since billing is handled directly by Google, I recommend contacting Google Support for a detailed explanation of the charges. They will be able to clarify how the costs are being calculated.

Once you hear back from them, feel free to share any relevant details here. If there’s anything on the WooCommerce side that needs attention, I’ll be happy to help further.

    Best regards.

    Hi there,

We haven’t heard back in a bit, so I’ll go ahead and mark this as resolved for now. If you’d like to pick things back up later, we’re just a message away!

Apart from this, if you have a moment, we’d really appreciate a review: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/google-listings-and-ads/reviews/#new-post
