    Hello,

I have configured GA through Pixel Your site plugin.

On daily basis, GA is calculating sales that are inaccurate. I can see a difference of 25-40% in terms of sales and order number compared to data in my Woocommerce store. The results in GA are higher compared to the webshop. I am keeping in mind cancelled orders and delivery costs, but still the numbers do not add up.

Can you please advise how to fix the issue?

The first thing I recommend is to check your events using tagassistant.google.com. Check if there are extra purchases fired for a transaction.

It’s possible that some of your clients return to the order received page, triggering a new purchase event. We do have a feature that removes this possibility, but it’s part of our paid version.

I have already checked the events and no extra event is being fired.

Did I understand correctly that if the issue is from clients who let’s say stay on the order received page and refresh it later on – then it will be only possible to fix the issue by upgrading to the paid version?

If the events are correct, yes, this is a highly possible cause for such a problem.

    Hello,

I have purchased the paid version of your plugin now. Which setting I should enable in order to make sure that transactions will not be duplicated if people refresh the thank you page?

    1. Please don’t use this forum to get support related to the paid version, we are not allowed to provide it.

    2. You don’t need to change anything, the option is automatically enabled.
