# Google Analytics – caching

 * Hi I just wanted to check per your comment on Google Analytics cache:
    To improve
   Google Page Speed indicators Analytics caching is needed. However, it can also
   slightly increase your website loading speed, because Analytics js files will
   load locally. The second case that you might need these settings is the usual
   Google Analytics connection to your website. You do not need to do this with
   other plugins or insert the tracking code into your theme.
 * Sorry if I don’t understand correctly, but does this mean I don’t need to add
   the tracking code anywhere else? I’m looking at “view source” in Chrome, and
   don’t see the GA tracking code.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fgoogle-analytics-caching%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Also – to be clear, I have my GA tracking code already inserted in Clearfy>Performance
   >Google Services. I have it set on Enqueue order “100.”

 * Can you help me identify what is happening here? I have two websites that need
   to be resolved for GA tracking, tracking code isn’t working.
 * I was using WP Disable before this, and the tracking code just disappeared from
   my client’s site. That plugin explicitly instructed to add the tracking code
   to WP Disable without adding it anywhere else. If that’s the case with your plugin,
   then it’s likely just some steps/clarification needed in this screen – really
   just make this idiot-proof so I know the GA tracking code will work this way.
   I’m using MaxCDN and my client is using Cloudflare, if that makes any difference.
   I will look for another solution too.
 * Thank you

 * Hi,
 * Sorry delay for reply.
 * If you use the cache of google analytics in our plugin, then you do not need
   to connect additional code.
 * If you do not see the code, because for administrators it is disabled by default,
   but if you enable the option “Track logged in Administrators?” in the settings.
   You can see it in source code.
 * Best regards, Alex

 * Thanks, Alex, selecting the option “Track logged in Administrators?” below the
   other fields in Google Analytics Cache section resolved the issue.
