Google Analytics Code in self hosted website

    I have a self hosted WP website, and i am facing problem in adding the google analytics code in it. I am not seeing the Editor option under Appearance, nor the Plugin option in my dashboard.
    Kindly help. How these options will appear in my dashboard.
