 * I decided to remove the plugin Google Analytics for WordPress, and manually place
the code in footer, but even though after deactivating/deleting the plugin still
the google analytics code is getting generated in the header, kindly suggest
us how to remove the code from header.
 * Thank you for your help.

 * are you running any cache plugins?
 * are there any theme-specific settings that you need to change?
 * try changing the theme to see if it’s still there
 * try disabling plugins one by one to see if any of those are the root issue
