 * Hey,
 * We have been struggling to get any e-commerce data lately using WooCommerce Google
   Analytics Integration plugin. Our payment getaways send people to a link like
   this:
    [https://colorstories.pl/zamowienie/order-received/](https://colorstories.pl/zamowienie/order-received/){{
   transaction_ID}}/?key=wc_order_{{id}}
 * Should the link look different or is there a different issue? There’s information
   that the purchase link should redirect to the thank you/order received page.
   What does it mean exactly, do we need thank-you/order-received or either one
   or another?
 * Thanks,
    Bart
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fgoogle-analytics-plugin-free%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Hey [@bartpir](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bartpir/)
 * I understand that you are not getting any purchase transaction data from Google
   Analytics.
 * First, could you check if your tracking is working properly using the [Tag Assistant debug](https://support.google.com/tagassistant/answer/10039345)?
   Secondly, could you let us know the payment gateway you are using.
 * And lastly, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can
   find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for
   support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

 * This means you could have either of them, they are literally the same thing.
 * Thanks!
