 * Hello,
 * A few days ago I switched from the Reader Mode to the Standard Mode.
    What I
   see is a drop in the number of visits in Google Analytics. I usually have a very
   constant number of visitors. Can this thing be related to the AMP plugin? Do
   the Standard Mode requires a specific setting on Google Analytics?
 * Thank you very much!
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fgoogle-analytics-question-3%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)

 * Or maybe I should use a different code for the AMP > Analytics?
 * Now I have
 *     ```
       {
       	"vars": {
       		"account": "UA-xxxx"
       	},
       	"triggers": {
       		"trackPageview": {
       			"on": "visible",
       			"request": "pageview"
       		}
       	}
       }
       ```
 * The code seems correct, please make sure to add `type` as `googleanalytics`
 * Alternatively, The [Site Kit plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/google-site-kit/)
   is a great way to ensure Google tracking scripts/ tags (including those for Analytics)
   get applied to AMP and non-AMP pages.
 * Hello,
 * Yes, I’ve added `type` as `googleanalytics`
 * I will look over the next days to see the stats.
    This is the site _[ redundant
   link removed ]_ – the google analytics code seems ok, the page passes AMP validation.
   Thank you.
