# Google Analytics reset

 * I had an Optinmonster account linked to my WordPress site for years. I tried 
   updating the G4 property and lost my analytics. Then I could not log in or get
   support so I created a new account. Now nothing is connected and I am confused
   since I am not a super technical user.
