# [Google Error code: undefined] – Plugin issue

 * Hi,
    recently I’ve installed the plugin, filled all the info, added billing info
   and it seems that the plugin is not working.
 * When I use [https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/place/details/json?placeid=PLACE_ID&key=API](https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/place/details/json?placeid=PLACE_ID&key=API)
   it shows this
    { “html_attributions” : [], “status” : “NOT_FOUND” }
 * I pulled the GPlace ID from PID ChIJxyTfDc05K4gRQOQt7zQYx0Y

 * Sorry, I need to close this issue, because it’s a duplicate of this one [https://wordpress.org/support/topic/google-error-undefined/](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/google-error-undefined/)
 * Please see that topic, you need to add a physical address for your virtual or
   area Google place to get the reviews, because Google has changed the Places API
   and at the moment it doesn’t return the reviews for area/virtual locations.
