Google Event not appearing?

Hi Everyone. I’m using Contact Form 7 easily with found to integrate analytics. I’m running into a situation where there is a problem.

I’ve added to the additional settings.
on_sent_ok: "alert('ok');"

This works. But when I add the Google Analytics Event Code, it doesn’t send an event.
on_sent_ok:"_gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'Quick Form', 'Submit', 'Web Lead']);"

I cannot find in the Page Source where this is happening, so I’m not sure how to troubleshoot this further? Also, I see two Google Analytics Code parts, and the Theme only has 1 place to enter this information, so I cannot determine where the second is coming from?
