Google Fetch Error in Webmaster's tools.

There is option in Google Webmasters tools as “Fetch as Google”.
It is use index your page To google search engine.
please help me with these error as i am not able index my site pages to GOOGLE.

when i try to link pages in my website it shows Follwing REDIRECT ERROR:
