@gamewyrd Thank you for posting this topic. We’d be happy to look into this. Could you provide the steps you took before receiving this error? Did you change a font family then tried to preview the story? If you could share a screenshot or video using Imgur or Recordit that would be great.

I have never used Web Stories before. This is a fresh install of the plugin. I am using the default settings.
1) I picked an image from my media library
2) Set the image as a background
3) Used the text tool to add my headlines; filled in the background colour
4) Repeated this three times
5) The error was visible on preview
6) and persists on publish

Thanks for the update! When I follow your story URL I no longer see the “400: Missing font family” message. The story previewed successfully. Are you still experiencing the issue? If you are, could you share your Site Health info using this private form?
