Google Form Quizes

Trying to convert many previously made Google Form quizzes to Master LMS quizzes but have been unsuccessful and was wondering if there is any easy way to do this.

Alternatively, I would like to know if there is any way to communicate with the LMS to save the score when someone completes the google form quiz.
