   returned response code 403
 * Is there a partucilar file permission setting that images need to be set at for
   this error to be avoided

 * Gears errors usually mean that the file doesn’t exist or is not accessible for
   some reason, could be permissions or broken “hotlink protection” in a .htaccess
   somewhere.
