 * Hello, thank you for wonderful plugin.
 * I try to import events from google calendar, but it doesn’t work for me.
 * I follow all your instructions:
 * 1. double checked everything (API is enabled, API and calendar ID are correct–
   I checked it on another plugin),
    2. time zone in website is the same as in calendar,
   3. calendar is public, 4. there are many events and they are also public, 5.
   I deactivated all plugins (except modern calendar) and switched to default wordpress
   theme. 6. PHP is 7.4, wordpress 5.5.3
 * Result is always the same
 * 1. I fill fields google API and calendar ID then press the SAVE button
    and nothing
   happens and it doesn’t save API and calendar ID in the fields.
 * What else to check? How to make it work? Maybe I miss something. Please, help
   me to sort out in this.

 * Hi [@anfisa](https://wordpress.org/support/users/anfisa/),
 * If you were able to do such a thing and now you are not, it may be due to some
   issues regarding your website. Please do as follows and notify us of the result:
    1. Activate the WordPress debug using this link: [https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#wp_debug](https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#wp_debug)
    2. Go to Google Calendar importer.
    3. Open your browser’s developer tools: [https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/](https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/)
    4. Go to ‘Network’ tab: [https://i.postimg.cc/yNBVt0gK/image.png](https://i.postimg.cc/yNBVt0gK/image.png)
    5. Import or save and click on ‘Start’.
    6. Some actions should be appeared now. In this tab, look for at red line different
       from the others. This might be specifically on admin-ajax.php
    7. Click on it and ping us back with an error: [https://i.postimg.cc/XqWcyHXh/image.png](https://i.postimg.cc/XqWcyHXh/image.png)
 * For troubleshooting, deactivate all your plugins and let the MEC remain active
   only, set your theme on default, then reload the page, if the issue was solved,
   then activate your plugins one by one and your theme, refresh your page and check
   to see which plugin is causing the issue.
 * Please keep us informed,
 * Best Regards
