You can have those custom fields automatically populated for your submitted job listings by setting up Geocoding following https://wpjobmanager.com/document/advanced-usage/geocoding-with-googles-maps-api/.
With Geocoding, the location data submitted is parsed through Google Maps to obtained the information.
Thanks for your fast response so there is no way to manually just type in the address?
The location data is just saved as plain text. Without the geocoding API, there is no information that can be captured from the address entered.
You could manually enter all the information required to the custom field, but it’ll be a tedious process.
Thank you for you respond.
Everything works but jobs are still not shown in google Jobs, API is correct. I waited for about 1.5 weeks but still there not listed. Do you have any idea?

Hi @shivakhan,
Currently Google API integration is not fully supported by WP Job Manager, and you may have to do some custom work on your end to make it work. We have an outstanding feature request below, so please feel free to add a vote there:
https://github.com/Automattic/WP-Job-Manager/issues/1531
That said, you may find the previous thread on this topic helpful, which includes a number of suggestions and workarounds:

Thanks for your respond jay
The GeoLoc. itself works my page (excellentejobs.ch)
only the listing on google doesnt work. The thread you linked is about the api not working. or am i just overlooking smth ?
We suspect that there might be third party plugins or themes that might be causing the structured data not generating properly on your site.
We would recommend setting up a staging site, with all plugins disabled except for WP Job Manager. Use a default theme such as https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/twentytwentyfour/. Then check if you get the same structured data errors with Google.
