# Google Map API issue

 * Thank you for your hard-work and time for providing best Meta-box plugin.
 * Recently Google changed Google Map API access (which required billing settings
   to generate API). Meta-box plugin has API inside plugin function which we can’t
   add with theme settings. I request you to add filter or any custom settings in
   next update so it can be easier to add API to view Google Map without this error-

 * Or you can suggest any quick fix which we can do from our theme functions file.

 * The `map` field has a filter that allows you to change the URL of the Google 
   Maps script that you can use to add more libraries/things if you want. Please
   see [the docs](https://docs.metabox.io/fields/map/#filters) for details.
 * I’m not sure if that’s the “settings” did you mean. In case it’s not, please 
   let me know.
 * PS: The latest version 4.15.1 has a new `osm` field for OpenStreetMap that eliminate
   the problem with the billing settings of Google Maps. See more details about
