# Google Map Embedding Issue

 * Hi,
 * when embedding a google map on my home page i am getting this error on the front
   end:
 * “Google Maps Platform rejected your request. Invalid request. Invalid ‘pb’ parameter.”
 * The code i used to embed it is:

 * The code you have looks ok to me, I tested on my site and it worked.
 * If you are using the Block Editor, paste the code using a Custom HTML block.
   
   If you are using the Classic Editor, use HTML editing mode and paste the code.

 * I have tried both of these ways but neither have worked – is there another way
   I can do this?
