 * I would like to create a page template for displaying a google map and have the
lat/long points be editable by an admin.
 * I have the map working, but the wordpress editor wraps the javascript in
    and
<p /> tags, messing it up.
 * Should I use a custom field for this? Any other ideas on how to make these points
   dynamic and editable?

 * Here I’ll teach the simplest way to embed google maps on your postings:
    [http://hackspot.gotdns.com/blog/archives/42/embedding-google-map-in-wordpress-posts/](http://hackspot.gotdns.com/blog/archives/42/embedding-google-map-in-wordpress-posts/)
 * You can see the example here:
    [http://hackspot.gotdns.com/blog/archives/18/inline-google-map-for-wordpress/](http://hackspot.gotdns.com/blog/archives/18/inline-google-map-for-wordpress/)
 * Features:
    * easy, easy, easy to use * support for setting overlay maps, map
types, etc.. * unlimited number of maps on single page * one marker per map *
support for English and Japanese map captions (on map buttons) * uses Google
   Maps API v.2
 * You can find the author of the plugin here:

 * Hackspot, don’t you think you’re overdoing it a bit draging up 7 month old threads?

 * Sorry guys, moshu was right in a way, I’ve only found that 7 month old thread
a few days ago. Rest assured spamming was denitely not my intention. If my earlier
posts was irritating to you guys please have the moderators remove it. I was
   only offering a suggestion.
