 * I’m not sure what I got myself into, but I whipped up a key for myself and dropped
   it into the .js file – that got it working again.
 * I recall that being free in the past, but now it seems they will try to charge
   me at some point?
 * In any case, perhaps an option for users to enter their own google maps API key
   could be a solution? I assume if we all use YOUR key, they’ll definitely charge
   you (high volume plus youd have to leave it unrestricted.)

 * Due to abuse of the geo IP feature (from another plugin, I believe), this will
   be removed in the next version. It may return once I can spend more time preventing
   the abuse.
