Google maps not using current location

The Google maps URL that is generated: http://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=current+location&daddr=Rafters%20Landing%2C%20Edmonton%2C%20Alberta%2C%20Canada
It’s picking “Current Financial Corp, Tower 1, 10060 Jasper Ave #2020, Edmonton, AB T5J 3R8” instead of the user’s current location.
Plugin or Google Map issue? I don’t see anywhere to fix this in Google API settings.
