As you are having a Muti Client Account, the sub-accounts will not be listed at the time of onboarding.
We have a solution for this, you can share the admin-level access of the merchant centre sub-account to (say [email protected]).
Attempt to finish the onboarding process using [email protected] & you would be able to successfully see the sub-account listed.
Note: Make sure that the email address [email protected] has admin-level access to the Google Analytics and Google Ads accounts as well as to integrate Analytics and Ads accounts.

I understand you are the admin of the multi-client account (email address say [email protected]). However, due to various restrictions, the sub-account you are attempting to integrate won’t be listed at the time of integration when you onboard using the email id [email protected] with the plugin.
Therefore, I would advise using an alternative email address, say [email protected], and ensure to share the admin-level access to the particular sub-account.
Now try to finish the onboarding process using [email protected]; you’ll be able to see the sub-account is listed.`
