 * I’ve been going from pillar to post on this topic. “is it the theme fault?” “
is it the plugins?” Anyhow, I’m finding that maps builder is not loading the
google maps api. I have the api inserted. I see no other setting to define how
or if or when the load occurs in the page.
    ⌊Maps Builder API settings⌉ Could
you please give me some advice?

 * To follow up this problem I found that the “CSSIgniter Shortcodes” plugin was
conflicting with “Maps Builder”, I found after defining the Maps API and telling
it to load inside the shortcodes plugin the api was finally loading, which then
got me to question why that was.
I tried rolling back the Shortcodes plugin
to a previous version when it did work and as if by magic everything returned
   to normal.

 * Thanks for the added info, glad you got it working. We actually have logic to
detect whether another plugin is enqueueing the Maps API and then we disable
ours. Because if it’s enqueued multiple times you get that problem.
 * Most likely what happened is our logic couldn’t detect it appropriately, until
you made those changes, then once it did, ours was unenqueued and all went well
   from there.
 * Regardless, glad it’s working well for you now.
