Google plus followers count

Is there anyway that we can set the followers count manually, I have 282 followers in my Google plus url https://plus.google.com/u/0/+SibeeshKV , but it shows 0 in my pop up. Can we add that property here [spu-google url=”https://plus.google.com/u/0/+SibeeshKV” size=”” annotation=””]. Thank you.
