Google Product Review Feed problem

Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

You have mapped your product ID’s to your GTIN, MPN and SKU. That’s wrong as none of those 3 are product ID’s. Please make sure you map proper GTIN, MPN and SKU’s fields. When you do not have that product information leave the field mapping for those 3 fields empty as Google will then try to match your reviews with your Google Shopping feed based on the product URL’s in your feeds.

Now the “review_url” notification is strange as every review should have a deeplink on your website and thus in your feed. Can you share the review feed URL with us so we can have a look at it?

Thanks for the feed URL. There indeed seems something wrong with the review_url XM L node as for 34 reviews it looks like this “<:review_url>” whereas it should be “<g:review_url>”.

Can you try disabling the Google Analytics feature of the plugin and try reprocessing the feed to see if that makes a difference?

Unfortunately not, it’s not making any difference.

Did you do anything to the review url in, for example, the filters and rules of the plugin?

Can you share the plugin debug.log URL so we can have a look at how you configured your feed? This is how you can retrieve the debug.log URL: https://adtribes.io/send-your-debug-log-to-support/

The debug.log URL is returning a 403 permission error for us so it seems like we do not have permissions to open it. Can you copy/paste its content here?

You should be able to grab the debug.log file directly from your server.

Wooooooot, 2609 lines? That does not sound like a regular debug.log.
