The error message you mentioned usually appears when a lot of time passes between the captcha creation and its use. Make sure that the Login page is not cached. A way to disable caching for certain pages depends on the caching plugin or the server caching tool you use. You can find instructions for popular caching plugins and tools in the article Caching problems.
Also make sure that you don’t use two different Google reCaptcha on the Login page. Two reCaptcha on the same page may conflict.

Thank you we already resolved the issue with the login conflict error.
We double checked everything and even turned off UM Goggle Recaptcha, cleared cache, cloudflare cache, reinstalled our recaptcha plugin but still get a double recaptcha only on UM login page.

I inspected your login page.
The first reCaptcha is added by the third-party plugin named “CAPTCHA 4W”. I see this comment in the page code: “CAPTCHA added with CAPTCHA 4WP plugin. More information: https://captcha4wp.com“. See screenshot here: https://ibb.co/W48Zf8P5. Try to disable the “CAPTCHA 4WP plugin” plugin on this page or deactivate it.
The second reCaptcha looks like a native captcha of the login form, but it should not appear if the extension is turned off. Have you activated the “Ultimate Member – reCAPTCHA” plugin? If you prefer using the third-party reCaptcha then disable the native reCaptcha for this login form.
