# Google saying tracking code not installed

 * I am using Universal Analytics. I have installed and activated Google Analyticator.
 * It is showing some data (a couple of visits), but when I look at the tracking
   code page on Google Analytics it says:
 * Status: Tracking Not Installed
    Last checked: Jan 28, 2014 8:05:40 AM PST The
   Google Analytics tracking code has not been detected on your website’s home page.
   For Analytics to function, you or your web administrator must add the code to
   each page of your website.
 * Why isn’t it showing as installed? I want to make sure I’m not losing any data.

 * Also having the same issue (using the new Universal Analytics, set in both Google
   Analytics settings and the settings for this plugin).

 * I’ve had a look at the page source, and the only difference I can see compared
   to the code it says to use in the Google Analytics setup page is that it contains
   the domain of the site rather than just ‘auto’.

 * We took a look at your site and it looks like it’s tracking.
 * If you can all follow the process of checking your real time stats to check if
   the analytics are working:

 * In every case so far, the tracking has actually been working, so I am going to
   mark this as resolved.
