 * Thanks for reporting this. These two missing fields will be updated in a future
   release of Make (though not in the upcoming 1.3.0). In the mean time, you can
   modify some template files to fix the issue for your site. Check out [this changeset](https://github.com/thethemefoundry/make/commit/9e88237ae83547283249fb948ce0f16e5b4841cd)
   to see which files and lines to change.
