# Google Validation Error

 * Missing field “hiringOrganization”
 * According to Google Search Console, the jobs do not fit the correct schema. The
   field specified above is not present in the structured data. This is an error,
   not a warning.
 * I have specified hiring organization in the settings. I have added the hiring
   organization widget to each job. Yet, it does not pass.
 * Please advise.

 * Upon further investigation, I found the bug. I did a fresh install on a new site.
   The hiringOrganization only shows if the Apply now button is used. If I use an
   inline apply form, the hiringOrganization does not display. To overcome this 
   bug, do not use the inline apply.
 * However, if you use the Apply Now modal, the X to close the pop-up appears behind
   layers in some themes. Using zindex: 999 as previously suggested in CSS, does
   not help for these templates. (Divi theme is one affected). It would be great
   to add a “Close” or “Cancel” button at the bottom of the form next to the “submit”
   button.
