 * Hi, we’ve sometimes used the [googleapps] shortcode to embed Google Docs on our
   site – but upon trying to document this for our users, found that the Jetpack
   Shortcode page here [https://jetpack.com/support/shortcode-embeds/](https://jetpack.com/support/shortcode-embeds/)
   refers one to doing iFrame embeds for Google Docs instead of a shortcode format.
   The [googleapps] shortcode still seems to work, but we are wondering whether
   this is officially supported, and if so, where we can find documentation on it
   and the other shortcodes the current version of Jetpack (4.8.2) supports, and
   whether they are enabled by activating a Jetpack module.
 * Thank you!

 * The `googleapps` shortcode is indeed still supported, but as mentioned in the
   support docs, it’s probably easier to paste the iFrame code generated by Google;
   depending on the role of the user writing the post, that iFrame will either be
   automatically transformed into the shortcode when saving the post, or if the
   user is an admin / super admin, the iFrame will remain and will appear on the
   page.

 * The support document you linked to above will list all the shortcodes available
   in Jetpack. Those shortcodes should be available as soon as you connect Jetpack
   to your WordPress.com account; you can double check whether the module is active
   on this page:
    `https://yoursite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=jetpack_modules`
 * I hope this clarifies things a bit! Let me know if you have more questions.
