# Got error message when restoring backups

 * I tried to restore one of the backups, but I keep getting an error message.
 * Can someone please help me with this, I am worried that my website is not going
   to function correctly.
 * Please respond ASAP,

 * Apologies for the delay over the weekend.
 * The log shows
    “0011.416 () Error message: Could not move old files out of the
   way. You should check the file ownerships and permissions in your WordPress installation(/
   home/customer/www/ekitchen.com.sg/public_html/wp-content/languages-old)”
 * There appears to be a file permission issue, meaning UpdraftPlus or WordPress
   does not have the correct read or write permission to a certain folder or file.
 * The following article on Smashing Magazine is a good guide as to the file permissions/

 * Thank you Steven for the removing the password,
 * But the security issue I mean is that the restore backup is not working, as you
   can see from the above chat. I am worried that it might cause bugs in my website.
 * Can I just delete the folder (/home/customer/www/ekitchen.com.sg/public_html/
   wp-content/languages-old) to get the backup working?
