Got the dreaded syntax error

I got the little yellow triangle on the bottom left hand page saying

It’s making me think it’s a small error. The only thing I’ve done to the code is added images for ads and I’m sure I went to the bottom of the code, hit return a few times, then pasted the code for the ad. I’ve never inserted any code inside the php files. Believe me, I’l blown up enough WP themes messing with code. =O

Anybody have any ideas on how I can fix this? The error is making the WP dashboard at the top not show, and also my ads on the bottom don’t show.
