# GRAPHS NOT LOADING

 * unfortunately this document can’t be loaded by your plugin.
    It said error on
   line 2 but graphs are correct and correctly shown on google sheet. WHats the 
   matter here ?
 * P.s. i tried with csv format, excel format but same error

   overlooking the [basic instructions](https://pasteboard.co/IZLXAVp.png) in our
   plugin on how to create the correct CSV. Please follow those instructions to 
   see the chart.

 * @contactashish13 sorry but my chart CSV is correct and using your basic instructions.
   The only difference is that is a double line graph so it has three heading values.

   have data types in the second row. If they were there, you’d not see this error.
   Please verify.
