# Gravity Form Bug

 * I’m trying to add new forms as well as update current forms and it will not let
   me. The user interface is all messed up as well. I’m not sure what the issue 
   is!? I tried deactivating/reactivating all my plugins, but to no avail. I really
   need some assistance!
 * It’s also the most updated version of Gravity Form version 1.9.18
 * Below is a screenshot of the backend of Gravity:

 * I can’t. No one at my company knows the Support License Key number. With Gravity
   Form you need that information to contact support. So, I’m basically on an Island
   at this point.

   as though some of the plugin’s CSS files aren’t loading. So, the first thing 
   you’ll want to do is verify that all of the necessary files are present in the`/
   gravity-forms/css` folder.

   copy of the version of Gravity Forms that you’re using? If so, you can compare
   the contents of that folder in your local version with the one on your server
   to see what might be missing.
 * If you don’t have a copy because you got it via auto-update, then you’ll probably
   have to go to the Gravity Forms website and use the “Contact Us” link in their
   footer to tell them you need help recovering your company’s license key info 
   so you can get access to their site to download a copy.

 * Hey [@girlieworks](https://wordpress.org/support/users/girlieworks/)! I don’t
   think it’s a Gravity Form error. My supervisor wanted me to try another contact
   form…and I tried Contact Bank, Contact Form Maker, Contact Form Builder, Custom
   Contact Form, and WCP Contact Form. All of them had similar issues.
 * I don’t know how long these have been here, but I have Must-Use and a Drop-In
   plugins…
 * Must-Use is: **System Plugin**
    Drop-In is: **object-cache.php APC Object Cache
 * Could it be a caching issue? We have Wordfence and I guess a GoDaddy plugin, 
   but we recently switched to Liquid Web.
 * All of the contact form plugins have broken icons in the dashboard, as well as
   Wordfence. I thought it might be Wordfence, so I deactivated, but it’s still 
   having that error. I really could use some assistance on this one.
