Gravity Form integration

The ‘Consumer’ part on your second screenshot is only used when your iDEAL payment providers returns information about the consumer on an payment status update. So the ‘Consumer’ part won’t show the name, last name, e-mail, etc. from your Gravity Forms form.

This is for a charity and client wants to know who donated, like their name, last name, email, address and at the moment it shows only their Email.

You can’t use the Gravity Forms entries and notifications for this?

Can you please suggest how to shift gravity forms field labels above the field? at the moment the label for address, city , country are below the field.
