 * I am trying to update the data held in a database using Gravity Forms with GF
   WPDB AddOn.
 * If I had a form capturing name and address and wanted the user to be able to 
   change their details and on submit update the data in the tables, could I use
   your plug in to fdo that and where is the documentation that shows me how to 
   do please.

 * Hi, you would have to customize the plugin to do this. Our plugin simply allows
   the admin to edit the entry on the backend.
