 * Hi hashimwarren,
 * Thanks for your post. I have just updated the plugin to support “Gravity Forms”(
   Please update it to the latest v1.4)
 * And then do the following in Gravity Form editor.
    1. Add your hidden field
    2. Click advanced
    3. Click “Allow field to be populated dynamically”
    4. And use utm_campaign as “Parameter Name”
 * You can use the other shortcodes (utm_source, utm_term, utm_content, gclid) similarly.
 * Please let me know if you need any more help.
