 * When using Gravity Forms as an email capture popup, how do I have the fields(
   name, email, etc.) clear automatically when the user clicks on them? As it stands,
   they have to click, select “name,” then delete it before they can enter their
   own information.
 * I found [this tutorial](http://www.gravityhelp.com/clearing-default-form-field-values-with-jquery/),
   and followed it. I inserted the given bit of javascript into header.php just
   before the `</head>` tag, and changed the settings in WP. The issue persists.
   Any ideas?
