Great core functionality and responsive support team

My company has a very simple website and there are a lot of plugins out there that work with users and registrations, but this one was by far the simplest lightweight plugin we found. The other plugins we looked at either tried to shove too many features into a single plugin, or they conflicted with other plugins that offered similar functionality.
