 * I use several Uncanny products and find them incredibly useful for a variety 
   of enhancements to LearnDash sites. Their support is responsive and they’re willing
   to continue conversations by email to clarify.
 * One area they could be better at that would really unlock their potential is 
   better documentation of their products and pro-active communication to their 
   existing user base. Having said that their products are well worth using and 
   I highly recommend them.
