• The plugin is terrific and was just what I needed when I needed it, BUT contacting a real person in the company is a nightmare. I decided to let my licence lapse after 12 months because I no longer needed the plugin, so I didn’t follow the “please renew now” emails that dropped in, complete with a big button to click for renewal. It turns out there was an AUTO renewal in place on my account, which I had either forgotten about or didn’t know I had signed up for, and $US79 came out of my Paypal account anyway. Trying to get a refund was an exercise in hair pulling, with every email address for WPTouch and its owner SureSwift Capitol bouncing back. There was also no response from filling out any of the online customer forms on the WPtouch website. Finally another “please renew now” email arrived, telling me my licence had expired (!), and I sent a response that actually hit a real person! Refund resolved almost immediately. Feedback for WPtouch: please alert customers when they are due to renew that they have an auto renewal in place!! Simple and saves a lot of hassle.
